I am an account manager in a digital company and I use AI bees services to trigger the first steps of lead generation until a first meeting is booked.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire AI bees to accomplish?

Our goal is to be helped generate more leads to grow rapidly our two practice for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics implementation.

How did you find AI bees?

I was not part of that process, but after a short period with AI bees, I was really satisfied with the lead that they provided. It was an easy introduction so I could focus on value delivery and short presentation. It helps me by reducing my time in the frustrating cold calls step.


What was the size of AI bees’ team?

I have met 4 people. Though I don't recall their position, there was the person in charge of the daily communication on LinkedIn and by email, there is an account manager to which I talk every week and their manager. The last person we spoke to was for the renewal of our contract, so it might have been a sales rep.

AI bees are using my LinkedIn Account and sales navigator to create campaign and there is also an email marketing campaign rolling in parallel. We found more success to this date with LinkedIn.

I have an average of 3 meeting scheduled by AI bees every week. They are not hot leads, but warm enough to engage a good conversation and begin to nurture them through our sales cycle.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They are using a reports accessible at all time and update in real time, they send me results of lead conversion by email, so I have the full context of the lead and I find this a great process. I can always go back to see the results of our campaigns or the context of a lead.

They have structured a great marketing campaign and understood our services which generated good leads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AI bees could have done differently?

We are constantly working with them to improve our results so, I don't really any improvement issue with AI bees.
