"The acceleration of getting first meetings booked in that timeline felt pretty impressive."
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am working for a general purpose, document-based, distributed database built for modern application developers and for the cloud era. In my role as an Enterprise Account Executive, I am responsible for identifying, qualifying and managing leads/accounts on an enterprise level.
For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees?
In order to generating additional leads through LinkedIn I was looking for tools that improve the outcome of outreach campaigns. Especially at greenfield accounts, the outreach outcome was often low, as you can imagine prospects are not easy to reach these times. AI bees was specially chosen for booking meetings with potential targets within those greenfield accounts.
What were your goals for this project?
To book at least 20-30 meetings with relevant contact persons at various companies (not vertical specific) in between 3 months. With booking those meeting I accelerated my time for booking first appointments with my focus targets (at least by 30%).
How did you select AI bees?
AI bees was recommended to me by a close friend, who is strongly focused within his own pipeline generation activities. As he proved his success to me I felt confident using AI bees.
What was the team composition?
Two contacts from AI bees were involved during my usage, one dedicated Account Manager as well as the CSO was multiple time engaged during the process. As a result of a growing usage of AI bees was massively growing over the last 12 months.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I managed to break into an account that is strongly using legacy technology.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were assigned an account manager who serves as a support and bridge to the other support teams.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I felt really comfortable working with AI bees. The acceleration of getting first meetings booked in that timeline felt pretty impressive. The solution overall is nearly completely managed, the efforts configuring the GUI were low.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing that I can tell so far.
