I’m a Business Development Manager in a SaaS company, helping large companies around the world create complex documents faster and with increased quality.

Opportunity / Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees, and what were your goals?

We wanted to build a scalable opportunity pipeline for SMB and Midmarket.

What were your goals for this project?

Normally, we have high travel activity in order to obtain new business. When Covid-19 hit we needed to change the way we meet new prospects in order to continue generating new business.

How did you select AI bees?

We did some searches online, and decided to try several ways or generating new leads, AI bees was one of them.

We did an email and a LinkedIn campaign. Together with the AI bees Account Manager we identified targets and started working on our message that would resonate with potential prospects in order to secure high quality leads. This was closely monitored by the Account Manager in order to make small changes as we go in order to maximize our ROI. Ria, our Account Manager was great in making sure our rollout went smoothly.

How many resources from the vendor s team worked with you, and what were their positions?


2-5 resources Account Manager and Responder were regulars in our weekly meetings, and they would bring in other resources as needed in order to meet our requirements.

The campaign resulted in over 100 leads for our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had online meetings weekly to monitor the campaign. This worked well, our Account Manager Ria was always just a phone call or an email away should we have any questions in between meetings so this worked out great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a great Account Manager (Ria), and a great Responder (Diana). Ria got a well deserved promotion. Making sure the AM and responder properly understand the clients business is key in order to keep the partnership going long term.
