Please describe your company and your position there.

Transvalor Americas is a software editor. We develop Finite Element Method software for the manufacturing industry. I am the Director of Sales and Technology at Transvalor Americas Corp.

For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees, and what were your goals?

We hired AI bees, to increase our awareness on our markets. We need to communicate to more people and reach out to them and engage with them. AI bees is the vehicle for us to reach out to them and start the engagement process through LinkedIn connections.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and I agreed to meet with them. After the presentation, I thought it was worth a shot, and started working with the team. The deciding factor was mostly the wide outreach I could see through LinkedIn, and to be honest no competitor reached out to me, so they were the first.


Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project is very simple. I decide what market I want to communicate to, and I create the list of contacts from LinkedIn, and generate the campaign within AI bees dashboard platform. Then my account manager reaches out to me and make sure the campaign is set up properly, and we review it together to make adjustments.

How many resources from the vendor s team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had three Account Managers so far, and that is all the interactions, and to be honest that is all I need at this stage.

Results & Feedbacks

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The first success has been to increase my network on LinkedIn. I went from barely 500 connections to 1,200 connections in 6 months, which is great because any communication I post on LinkedIn has much more impact. The second success is the direct contacts I had with prospects. So far, I have turned any prospects into actual deals, but I am hopeful it will happen in the near future.


How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This has been very effective and very pleasant to work with their team. All the account managers we have been interacted with are very useful and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very efficient. They are on our account even if we do not communicate about our new campaigns. They know because they monitor your account very well. In addition, we have a weekly meeting with my account manager, and even if I had to skip some of them, it has been very useful in letting me know what is going on with my campaigns, and pushed me on creating new campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything on the top of my mind. For me, AI bees has delivered what they told they will, and I am very satisfied with the treatment of my account and the persons I am in contact with and I have been in contact with.
